Is this a free event?
Yes. Admission is free, range time during the event is free, and ammunition is provided for test-firing the demo firearms. No purchase required.
Do I have to RSVP to attend?
No — walk-ins are welcome. RSVPing helps us plan headcount, but you’re not turned away at the door if you didn’t.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Ample free on-site parking is available. We’re minutes from uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
What do I need to bring to participate in the demo?
Valid government-issued photo ID. All demo firearms, ammunition, eye protection, and ear protection are provided. Certified instructors will be on the range with each shooter throughout the event.
Who can participate in the demo?
The demo is open to anyone legally able to handle a firearm under federal and North Carolina state law. Shooters under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Blackstone staff reserve the right to decline participation if safety concerns arise.

Dispose of trash in designated bins. Keep the area clean.

No stunts including donuts, drifts or burnouts.

Vehicles must enter and exit the premises safely and under control.

Follow instructions from event staff at all times.

Watch out for pedestrians, especially children, when moving your vehicle.

No loud music or disruptive behavior.

Be respectful of other attendees. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
